It is subject to an Ethical Use Licence and Non-Commercial use agreement below; there is no charge for using the Agent; the user must have a OpenAI ChatGPT account to access the tool. This will work on the free account version of ChatGPT, you will be limited on the number of messages and answers.

LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THE ETHICAL USE OF CHATGPT-4 HOP INVESTIGATION INSIGHTS ANALYSIS TOOL

This License Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Sutton Holdings Limited T/A Learning Teams Inc ("Licensor") and ___ ("Licensee"). By accessing and using the HOPCoPilot ChatGPT-4 Agent (the "Tool"), the Licensee agrees to the following terms:

1. Grant of License

1.1 Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Tool, solely for lawful and ethical purposes, in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Scope of Use

2.1 Licensee agrees to use the Tool in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and for ethical purposes, including but not limited to the following:
- Respecting user privacy and data security.
- Prohibiting the generation and dissemination of content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or deceptive.
- Not using the Tool to blame, harass, defame, or manipulate individuals.
- Avoiding intentional misinformation or deceptive advertising.
- Using the Tool for any commercial gain or reward.
3. Data Privacy and Security

3.1 Licensee is responsible for ensuring that any data provided to the Tool complies with privacy laws and ethical guidelines.
3.2 The Tool is designed to handle personal data in accordance with data protection policies, and Licensee is responsible for anonymizing personal data where possible.

4. Accountability and Transparency

4.1 Licensee agrees to maintain transparency when using the Tool, including clear disclosure of its use in any worker or customer-facing interactions.
4.2 Any harm or negative impact caused by the misuse of the Tool will be the responsibility of the Licensee, and the Licensee shall take all reasonable measures to mitigate such harm.
4.3 Licensee will not copy, decompile, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of this Tool.

5. Limitations on Liability

5.1 Licensor makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Tool. The Tool is provided "as is," and the Licensee uses it at their own risk.
5.2 Licensee acknowledges the Tool is in Beta testing and will provide feedback if requested.

6. Modification and Termination

6.1 Licensor reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. The licensee will be notified of any changes and is responsible for reviewing these terms.
6.2 Licensor reserves the right to remove the tool from use and terminate this Agreement immediately within 30 days notice.

7. Miscellaneous

7.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Licensor and Licensee and supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written.
7.2 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
